This scooter has been the best choice for our budget; I'm having loads of fun with it. With the current economy, I needed to reduce my gas consumption: I'm a 48-yr old mom of teens; I take the scooter anywhere I don't need to take the kids. I've reduced my gas by half, taking this great scooter to work & all my local errands; we're lucky enough to live downtown. After a few days of strange looks, I'm now getting several folks per day asking where they can get it & how much. Everything's been working great.

My kid loves extreme sports and outdoor activities. I wondered if this toy would be a little lame for a kid that is very active. He loves it! We are impressed with how well designed it is. It is pretty powerful and looks "cool". His friends are impressed. Money well spent!

My wife and I bought two of these for our sons for Christmas 2006. A year and a half later, they are still great and the batteries are strong as ever. We had a problem with the throttles, which were replaced for free due to a redesign (I did have to pay $13 shipping). Other than that, these are a terrific product. Our sons ride them to the pool and back in the summer. Highly recommend, especially at this price.

I got this scooter after my razor broke.Wasted more money on parts for that then getting a new scooter.When i ordered this scooter it was the week before fourth of july and did not think it would come in time, but it did.This scooter has been excelent so far, the motor has great speed and exceleration.The only problem is that with mine is that the brakes need adjusting.Did the adjusting bolt on the brake lever but that did not work that much, but this scooter is the best, i weight 115 and has no problem going up hills and such.My neibor across the street got the same razor i use to have and we raced the two scooters to see witch one was better and it was this one and my neibor only weights 80 pounds, good construction and great battery life is a key factor in buying scooters, i learned that the hard way.

I bought a similar scooter at a local store. It was easy to put together. I weight around 200lbs and the scooter did slow down on steep hills, but did NOT stop working. It did shut off on me when I went too fast down a hill. Just flip the switch off then on and works great. I just have to ease off the throttle down hill and everything is fine. I'm glad I did not buy a Razor or scooter with a smaller motor. Overall a great product!

this scooter is the bomb its fast the battery lasts sooooooooo long!!! dont think its too much money because its worth every penny!! o and dont buy a razor they are pieces of junk BUY THIS!!!

"Santa" brought 2 of these scooters to my daughters this year, and to our dismay, we've had to return both of them! One charger unit did not work, the battery packs were beyond charging upon receipt, one had a faulty throttle, and the other a faulty voltage regulator. Upon speaking with [the manufacturer's] help desk, they would send replacement parts, but it would be 10-14 days for delivery--not a great situation on Christmas day when the charge would only last about 10 minutes!!!
Really liked the sound construction of these scooters, but hated the reliability! [...]

After searching all over town for this scooter I ordered it a week and a few days before Christmas. I wasn't sure if it would be delivered in time but was surprised when I got it in 3 days. My daughter loves it! It was easy to assemble and my daughter hasn't had any problems with it.

This is a great scooter. The tires are weak because they go flat easily with tiny thorns. The motor dies every once in a while. The battery lasts very long and it has a good speed.
